Hello All,


The Underwater Archaeology Society of Chicago will be meeting Wednesday, November 28th, at the Chicago Maritime Museum, 1200 W 35th St, Chicago, IL. This is in the Bridgeport Art Center Building. Enter at the door under the awning that says North Entrance off the north parking lot and go downstairs. We will start the meeting at 7:00pm. All are welcome.


We will have our elections that night, plus a special presentation by Colin Bertling on the Great Lakes Storm of 1913, and John Bell will also have a presentation on the Armistice Day Storm of 1940.


We also need to get ready for the Our World Underwater show.


Unfortunately, due to work I will not be able to make this meeting. I just want to let everyone know that it has been an honor to have been President of the UASC for the last two years. I think we have a great deal of potential going forward, and I will help the new leadership in any way I can to make 2019 a great year.
