"Adopt-A-Shipwreck"sm

UASC's buoy placement project, also known as "Adopt-a-Shipwreck," was the installation of buoys  on prominent shipwrecks in Chicago's waters by volunteers and participating charter boats. It helped to preserve the wrecks and improve safety and convenience for visiting sport divers.
